- Keep meeting notes clear and follow up agreed actions.
- Organise document versions and consolidate review comments.
- Support weekly progress updates and the final handover.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating technology projects or consulting assignments.
- Confident use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Able to manage several requests without losing track of detail.
- Clear written English and a professional approach with senior client contacts.
- Experience handling confidential business information.
- Available for agreed UK working hours and occasional client meetings.
Benefits
- £250 to £350 per day, depending on relevant experience. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Contracting route and tax status will be confirmed before an assignment is agreed.
- Flexible working days planned around each assignment.
- Direct access to the engagement lead and clear responsibilities.
- Primarily remote working, with necessary travel agreed in advance.
- Potential for further assignments by mutual agreement. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed.
