• Ideally at least 4 years’ experience in a coordinating role within a project-driven, technology-oriented environment. A background in Defence industry or military sustainment work will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communications skills.
• A strong customer service orientation, coupled with skills that enhance team effectiveness and build team cohesion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply additional software packages (e.g. process automation); ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports (Excel and PowerPoint presentation formats).
• Proven ability to solve problems that may require some analysis to understand and resolve.
• Experience supporting any of the following fields will be highly advantageous: Environmental Health and Safety, Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, Supplier Management or Data Management.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at https://www.agsva.gov.au/security-officers/sponsoring-new-clearance

In return, we will support you with access to best practice tools, systems and processes while continually investing in your growth by providing tailored learning and development opportunities.
