• Manages, evaluates, and continuously improves the online reporting portal and communication tools and strategy to ensure client satisfaction levels are met, and launches operations for new programs and partnerships as the portfolio expands.

Product & Pricing Operations

• Audits product and pricing records to maintain data integrity and resolves discrepancies as they arise.

Supply Chain Coordination

• Serves as a liaison to maintain a light level of supply chain information flow between the supply chain team and business leaders, ensuring relevant availability, fulfillment, and operational updates reach the right stakeholders.
• Supports cross-functional alignment between operations, supply chain, and business leadership to keep portfolio operations running smoothly.

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Collects, organizes, and interprets transaction data to identify areas of opportunity in current and proposed programs.
• Proposes, develops, and implements data-driven enhancements to processes, policies, and product features, and completes audit and benchmarking projects.
