Drive resource allocation, staffing coverage, and work prioritization within budget guardrails to maintain delivery momentum and ensure continuous progress on critical cybersecurity and compliance obligations.
Establish and maintain delivery routines — including weekly planning, status tracking, risk escalation, and operational reviews — to improve visibility, strengthen execution discipline, and keep stakeholders informed on progress against key priorities.
Lead resolution of delivery blockers and operational issues by leveraging data, established policies, and cross-team coordination; escalating exceptions with clear options and recommendations when required.
