Position Summary:
Manage project status and timely, quality delivery. Recruit, support, and retain independent evaluators.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit, coach, and schedule evaluators for price-audit projects.
- Recommend recruitment methods and sourcing channels.
- Track sourcing metrics and results.
- Track schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor late work and reschedule as needed.
- Follow quality controls, identify suspicious activity, and report concerns.
- Plan evaluator routes and timelines within budget.
- Escalate project issues to the team lead.
- Review reports for client requirements, accuracy, and missing data.
- Approve reports by client deadlines.
- Attend team and company meetings.
- Perform assigned duties.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years in agency or corporate recruiting preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Math skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
- Able to learn and navigate BARE databases quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Listens actively and seeks clarification.
- Explains facts clearly for the audience.
- Understands customer service best practices.
- Resourceful problem-solver who develops practical solutions.
- Responds to customer and team needs and meets commitments.
- Manages multiple projects and deadlines.
- Takes initiative and works independently.
- Handles challenging interactions diplomatically.
- Delivers results with minimal oversight.
- Owns work quality and timeliness.
