In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support global nuclear project execution teams regarding documentation requests and document control activities.
Act as the focal point for customer document submissions and communications.
Submit project documentation to customers according to contractual requirements and agreed schedules.
Coordinate customer comments, reviews, and approvals.
Manage document review cycles between customers, engineering, quality, factories, and project teams.
Track document review status and ensure timely closure of customer comments.
Maintain revision histories and document transmittal records.
Monitor documentation submission schedules and ensure contractual turnaround times are met.
Verify documentation compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and applicable procedures.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and project management teams to collect required documents.
Ensure approved documentation is distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation workflow efficiency.
Analyse documentation KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

For this Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management. Preferred field include Power, Mechanical, Instrumentation etc.
Good communication skills for both verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong document control and records management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing.
Strong business management and customer orientation.
Project management.
Proactivity.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Above 5 years project management, PMP Certification is preferred.
Working experience in the process control industry or instrumentation environment is preferred.
Nuclear background experience and valve related experience is plus.
Able to deliver quality results
