Location: Appleton, Wi
At Calnin and Goss we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
Calnin & Goss is a well‑established, relationship‑driven civil construction company known throughout the Fox Valley for delivering quality work and strong financial results. Backed by an ESOP model and a close connection to The Boldt Company, we invest in our people, our technology, and the long‑term growth of our business. Our team values collaboration, accountability, and balance, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a strong culture within a small, close‑knit office environment where everyone plays an important role.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support local civil construction projects and assist with job accounting, payroll, and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, works proactively, and has a strong sense of office flow. Success in the first 6–12 months looks like providing balance to the team, contributing ideas to streamline processes, and being a dependable, collaborative team member as the company continues to grow.
