Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines, including vertical and gantry CNC milling machines.
- Create, modify and optimize CNC programs according to technical drawings and documentation.
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for specific production operations.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting conditions and machining processes.
- Clamp and correctly set workpieces and tools.
- Manufacture mechanical parts according to technical drawings and documentation.
- Ensure that manufactured parts meet required quality and accuracy standards.
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Practical experience setting up and preparing CNC machines.
- Experience creating or modifying CNC programs.
- Experience with vertical or gantry CNC milling machines is an advantage.
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings and documentation.
- Technical and logical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy, consistency and a strong focus on quality.
- Independent and responsible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and working procedures.
