About OneReg
OneReg sits at the cutting edge of aviation and SaaS, helping shape the future of how airlines, airports and operators manage compliance.
Our platform brings together real-time oversight, unified information management and smarter workflows, helping aviation organisations move away from manual, complex processes and into a more connected, configurable SaaS product world. We’re growing fast, scaling globally and looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software implementations for a growing portfolio of global customers.
About the Role
This is a Greenfields role - you will not only run complex customer programmes, but also establish the frameworks, processes, governance, and reporting that will underpin OneReg’s global implementation function.
With live customer projects ready to kick off, you’ll step straight into meaningful delivery while shaping how programme management operates long‑term.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure every customer receives a consistent, high‑quality implementation experience. You’ll also support internal initiatives, including upcoming AI, automation, and software projects.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent customer programmes, from discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, through to training and go-live, and hand over to support
- Establish programme governance standards, templates, and repeatable playbooks across customer implementations
- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, risk registers, budgets, and governance reporting.
- Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and clear communication of progress and risks.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to assess development and customisation needs for successful delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help reduce implementation timeframes.
- Solid experience in programme or project management, ideally in enterprise software/SaaS implementations
- Proven success managing multiple complex delivery programmes concurrently
- Strong grounding in project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile/Scrum) and PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Commercial acumen and understanding of fixed‑price and T&M delivery models
- Ability to work hands‑on in a lean, fast‑moving environment and thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience in aviation, regulatory, travel, or similarly complex environments is highly advantageous.
You are
You are naturally collaborative, and customer‑centric in approach. You are comfortable sharing ideas and shaping structure. You work autonomously but like to be connected and part of a tight knit, hard working team.
