A hands-on project manager at Cornerstone Health in North Sydney delivering priority technology and business transformation projects, starting with the Infrastructure Remediation Program. This role would suit a practical Project Manager who enjoys being close to delivery, working directly with stakeholders, coordinating vendors, managing risks and keeping projects moving. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to wear multiple hats and comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced organisation.
Success in this role will be measured by delivery of agreed project milestones, effective stakeholder coordination, proactive risk management, and smooth transition of projects into operational support.

Experience in change management, business analysis or requirements gathering
Experience working in healthcare, regulated or multi-site environments
