• Work with internal technology teams and external partners to prioritize enhancements and support ongoing platform development.
• Monitor adoption, customer feedback, operational results, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track and communicate program KPIs, deployment progress, and business outcomes to leadership.
• Support commercialization initiatives, customer-facing collateral, and internal enablement programs.
• Travel as needed to support customer deployments, warehouse launches, training events, and strategic initiatives.

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, technology implementation, project management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working across multiple functional teams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability to travel as needed.

It'd be great if you also have:

• Experience implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience supporting software deployments, customer onboarding, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Parabola.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Experience with platforms such as Logiwa, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle, SAP EWM, or similar warehouse technologies.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related professional certifications.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling programs.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results with minimal direction.
• Comfortable operating in environments where processes are still being established.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technology investments to customer value and business growth.
• Effective communicator who can engage warehouse operators, customers, technology partners, sales teams, and executive leadership.
