- Provide program-level oversight of application development, systems integration, testing, deployment, release management, production support, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or other assigned technical workstreams.
- Partner with technical leaders to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, compliant, supportable, and aligned with customer mission and enterprise architecture requirements.
- Lead workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, performance management and allocation of resources across program activities.

- Lead transition-in, program startup, operational readiness and when applicable, transition-out activities while protecting service continuity, contractual performance, customer relationships and workforce stability.
- Support customer performance evaluations, including CPARS, by maintaining objective performance evidence and addressing concerns before they affect formal ratings.
- Contribute to recompete readiness, organic growth, proposal development, technical presentations, solution reviews, and new-business activities.
