The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) builds enterprise-scale platforms for Data Management, Analytics, and AI/ML Operations used firm-wide across JPMorgan Chase. Within CDAO, the Fusion Data for AI product team creates reusable platform solutions that transform how data producers and consumers discover, access, govern, and leverage data.
As the Data for AI program manager, you will be the operational backbone of a product organization, streamlining workflows, automating reporting, and creating transparency across roadmaps, OKRs, and performance metrics. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the product team operates efficiently, communicates effectively, and delivers measurable impact.
We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity—who can bring structure to ambiguity, automate manual processes, and create scalable systems that enable product teams to focus on building great products.
