Program Manager at Google's London office leading complex, cross-functional programs for Data Center Services: aligning the operational model, deploying proprietary operational tooling, and governing EMEA framework vendors. The work centers on program/operations management, process standardization, and procurement efficiency rather than hands-on engineering.
