About the Role
The Program Manager drives the delivery and adoption of Gen AI initiatives across the global organization, reporting to the Head of Gen AI Adoption. This role owns the operational rhythm that ensures Gen AI use cases move from intake through delivery to successful adoption by business teams, managing the full lifecycle from scoping and planning through execution, rollout, and adoption tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery discipline with an understanding of AI technologies and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the operational management of the Gen AI adoption pipeline, from use case intake through delivery, rollout, and adoption tracking.
• Manage multiple concurrent Gen AI adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with the adoption roadmap and business objectives.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep initiatives on track and unblock dependencies.
• Define and maintain adoption program goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track and report progress and ROI to leadership.
• Manage the adoption use case intake process, working with stakeholders to scope requests and assess feasibility.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks impacting timelines and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are met across all Gen AI adoption initiatives.
• Drive post-delivery adoption, ensuring solutions are tested, trained on, and actively adopted by business teams.
• Maintain adoption program documentation, dashboards, and reporting cadences.
• Continuously improve adoption delivery processes based on lessons learned.
Key Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 2 years managing AI/ML, data, or advanced technology adoption programs.
• Applied understanding of Gen AI concepts and technologies.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional adoption or transformation programs across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage demand and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with experience defining KPIs, tracking ROI, and reporting to leadership.
• Familiarity with program management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday) and Agile delivery practices.
Good to Have
• Experience managing Generative AI or LLM adoption projects specifically.
• Background in or exposure to data science, AI, or engineering before moving into program management.
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, or large-scale consumer-facing organizations.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
