Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of regional initiatives across Southeast Asia and India. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects, operational activities, and business initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Monitor progress, track action items, identify risks, and follow up on outstanding matters.
Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials for management updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, legal, and external partners.
Support portfolio and resource planning activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, purchase requests, and contract administration.
Coordinate vendor engagements, quotations, approvals, and service delivery schedules.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and governance requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Organize meetings, document key discussion points, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business support, administration, or related functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience supporting budgets, procurement activities, vendor management, or contract administration will be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
Experience coordinating regional or cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with project management practices and reporting processes.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with diverse teams.
Experience working in a multinational or regional environment is preferred.
