Professional Services Sales Executive | Sweden

At Frends iPaaS, we're not just another vendor. We're a Nordic-founded integration platform on a mission to make integrations fast, easy, and transparent. Recognised for the 4th consecutive year in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ and winning G2 awards, including "Fastest Time to Value" and "Easiest to Use," we're proving that you don't need Silicon Valley size to deliver world-class technology. Our customers give us 4.7 out of 5 stars on Gartner Peer Insights.

Frends is growing in Sweden, and we're looking for a new Professional Services Sales Executive.

📝 The Role

In this role you will be focused on offering Frends professional services (PS): the integration projects that turn our platform into real business outcomes, and the ongoing partnership, service commitments and SLAs that follow.

This is not a prospecting role. Our Account Executives (AEs) bring the opportunities — you step in where a PS/integration project is the right next step, and you own the scoping, pricing and closing of that project. Alongside this, you carry your own portfolio of customers across the private and public segments. You will be working closely with our AE´s, Solution Architects, and our Professional Services organisation.

What You'll Do:

• Build project proposals – Translate a customer problem into a scoped, priced delivery plan and sell the value of a delivered project.

• Build the relationships – Beyond the project: the ongoing partnership, service commitments and SLAs that keep customers with Frends.

• Manage a defined portfolio – Maintain relationships and find new PS opportunities within existing accounts.

• Lead project steering – Participate in customer steering meetings and support delivery leadership together with our Professional Services organisation.

• Team-sell – Work with the PS delivery teams so what we promise is what we deliver.

• Own the numbers – Take responsibility for customer revenue and profitability within your accounts.

If you come from IT consulting, a system integrator, or an integration / iPaaS vendor and you know how to build and sell project proposals — real scoped, priced delivery projects, not CVs — this could be the role for you.

📝 What you bring

• IT Sector Sales Experience – Strong sales experience in a consulting, project delivery or professional services context; experience with ongoing services, support agreements or SLAs is a plus.

• Project Proposal Skills – You can size and price a delivery project and present a compelling business case.

• Team Selling Mindset – You are comfortable working alongside AEs, Solution Architects and delivery organisation.

• Curiosity towards Technical Solutions – Genuine interest in integration technology, APIs, and how systems connect.

• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Skills – You can engage technical and business stakeholders (CIOs, IT managers, project sponsors) and collaborate effectively across internal teams.

• Seniority & Autonomy – You can make commercial decisions and independently run a tender process.

• Commercial Judgement – You know what good business looks like in professional services — not just how to sell, but what makes a project profitable and deliverable, and what turns a one-off project into a long-term service relationship.

🌍 Logistics: The role requires fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English, as well as living in Sweden with a valid work permit. We support a hybrid work model, but we also prefer you visiting our Stockholm office (Katarinavägen) weekly/monthly to ensure smooth collaboration and team spirit.

Travelling is required to meet the team, internal stakeholders, customers, and to attend key industry events. Our Professional Services members are currently located in Sweden and Finland, and our sales kick-offs are held in Finland twice a year. This means you will also have opportunities to visit Finland and our Frends headquarters.
