Cyber Field Engineer

Founded in 2014, OP Innovate specializes in protecting global enterprises from the ever-evolving challenges of organizational cybersecurity, with a deep-rooted expertise in cyber research, penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, and training. Headquartered in Israel, OP Innovate stands at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry, collaborates with leading experts, and leverages state-of-the-art knowledge to address critical cybersecurity concerns. This commitment enables both the company and its clients to stay ahead in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

We are looking for our first Cyber Field Engineer to become the go-to expert and day-to-day point of contact for our tailor-made security solution crafted to support "real-time" systems. You will acquire deep knowledge of the product, support its implementation and operational rollout, understand customer needs and challenges, run and document system-level testing, and translate findings into clear information that our technical teams can act on.

A significant part of the role is customer-facing, so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a confident professional presence, and the ability to explain and present complex technical systems and findings clearly to technical and non-technical professionals, management, and internal teams.

Work Model: Full-time position requiring regular on-site presence at the customer’s facility in the Shfela area

Requirements

• Maintain expert-level proficiency of the system’s capabilities, workflows, expected behavior, and operational use cases
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for questions related to system usage, behavior, and technical needs for the client
• Guide customers through system configuration and implementation on-site, turning their requirements and feedback into actionable input for internal teams
• Provide the customer with ongoing guidance for all system updates and/or functionality to ensure awareness of any impact to their environment and facilitate implementation of enhancements to drive further value
• Develop meaningful relationships with the customer, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence
• Investigate and reproduce system issues, document findings, and work with R&D teams to support timely resolution
• Plan and execute end-to-end operational scenarios, system-level tests, and user acceptance processes
• Present the system, technical findings, test results, and system updates to technical and non-technical audiences
• Deliver system demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions
• Own and maintain the product handbook, user guides, training materials, operational procedures, and system documentation
• Collect feedback from the field and identify opportunities to improve the product, user experience, and implementation process

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Professional services/Technical Support/SOC or other related roles (military experience is welcome!)
• Understanding of general cybersecurity and networking principles
• Hands-on experience operating complex multi-module systems, command and control, or similar complex operational systems
• Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences, delivering the message in a manner that is concise and professional in both Hebrew and English
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to produce clear, structured, and practical technical content
• A proactive approach. When you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to research and try to solve it before asking

Advantages

• Active or recently valid security clearance
