Build Your Career at Uniform Color
At Uniform Color, we’re not just looking for someone to fill a spot on the production floor. We’re looking for people who want to learn, contribute, and build a career with a company that values the work they do.
We’re a family-owned manufacturer in Holland, MI, and our average employee has been with us for 11 years. That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by accident. We take care of our people, invest in their growth, and create opportunities for those who are willing to learn and put in the work.
You’ll be trained across different areas of our production floor, and through our Pay for Knowledge program, you can earn a raise as you become trained in additional areas. Many of our supervisors and team leads started right here as production employees.
If you’re someone who likes working with your hands, enjoys staying busy, and wants a job where you can actually grow, we’d love to meet you.

- Starting pay based on experience
- Day Shift (4am–4pm): $19–$23/hr

Work a rotating 12-hour schedule with the same two-week rotation, so you always know when you'll be working.

Then the schedule repeats. You'll average 3 to 4 shifts per week, giving you more full days off while still having a consistent schedule.

As a Production Operator, you’ll learn multiple areas of our manufacturing process, including:
- Material Handling

Why Uniform Color?
At Uniform Color, you’re more than just a new hire — you’re someone we want to see grow.
We believe some of our best leaders are already here. Many of our supervisors and team leads started on the production floor and worked their way up by learning the business, taking on new responsibilities, and showing us what they could do.
One of our recent team members started as a Production Operator, moved into a Back-Up Lead role, and then became a Team Lead — all within his first year. He showed up ready to learn, worked hard, and took advantage of opportunities to grow. We noticed. That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.
You don’t need to have your entire career figured out when you walk through our doors. Come ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to grow — and we’ll invest in you along the way.
