Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

Demonstrated experience creating both print and digital designs, preferably within marketing or advertising environments.

Strong graphic design, layout, typography, composition, and visual communication skills.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Understanding of production requirements across different media, including file formats, resolutions, color modes, pre-press, proofing, and final file preparation.

Experience with image editing, including stock photography and professional headshots, is preferred.

Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Familiarity with graphic design tools and applications covering prototyping, web, workflow, content management, and digital production.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to technical accuracy and quality control.

Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to prioritize effectively, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
