Product Support Zonal Head - NR| New Delhi

To manage product support activities across the zone by ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and achievement of business objectives for NR products.

• Collaborate with Branch Banking & Sales Channels to enhance customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Engage with Zone Managers (ZM) and Cluster Heads (CH) to nurture existing client relationships and foster value creation.
• Spearhead various initiatives within the channel, such as organizing Onam activities and orchestrating high-value client meetings.
• Conduct thorough competition benchmarking within the catchment area to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive product knowledge and awareness initiatives, as well as lead campaigns within the channel to enhance market presence and engagement

Experience: 12 to 25 years

Qualifications: Graduate/Preferable MBA
