Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) - Crushing

ICM Solutions, the leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our growing team in Arizona. The PSSR is a key member of the Sales team, elevating our customers' experience and driving their ROI to ensure customers' operational success and ICM's financial objectives. The PSSR will work with our customers as a consultant in the areas of technical support and product management to ensure the best rate of return on their crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment investments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and time frame.
• Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and deliver status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Travel (daily and overnight as needed) to build and maintain customer relationships and provide on-site support to operations.
