• Developing, refining and prioritising the product backlog
• Translating business and customer needs into clear outcomes and requirements
• Bringing stakeholders together around a clear product direction
• Using data, insights and feedback to inform priorities and measure outcomes. Managing dependencies and working across multiple teams and initiatives
• Ensuring delivered solutions provide tangible business and customer value

About you

• Previous experience as a Product Owner within a technology or digital environment
• Strong product ownership, backlog management and prioritisation experience, including developing and maintaining product roadmaps
• A good understanding of modern software development and delivery practices and experience working closely with developers, Business Analysts, architects and other technology specialists
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work across different areas of a business with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable priorities
• A data-led approach to decision-making and measuring outcomes
• The ability to navigate competing priorities and make pragmatic trade-offs.

Moreover, you're someone who is comfortable taking ownership, asking the right questions and providing clarity when there are multiple competing priorities.

You'll be joining an organisation at an interesting time of change, and this role will provide you with the opportunity to help shape how technology products are developed and delivered across the business.
