PRODUCT OWNER - LAUNDRY

We are looking for a Product Owner who wants to take end-to-end responsibility for our laundry solutions ecosystem and drive the development of products and solutions that create value for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will play a key part in defining and shaping HOW future products are developed. Based on customer insights, data, and business needs, you will set the direction for development and ensure that resources are focused on initiatives that deliver the greatest business value.

As the link between the business, Product Managers, and development teams, you will translate needs and insights into a clear roadmap and well-defined priorities. You will identify future opportunities, prepare decision-making material for leadership, and ensure that development efforts generate value both in the short and long term.

This is both a strategic and tactical role that requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. Although the position does not include formal people management responsibility, you are expected to take on a natural leadership role and build alignment around priorities and goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that development teams work according to the right priorities and deliver in line with the roadmap and business objectives.
• Acting as the natural link between the business, Product Managers, and development teams.
• Identifying and driving development initiatives based on customer insights, data, and market needs.
• Analysing customer and product data and translating insights into business cases, recommendations, and decision-making material for management and the board.
• Ensuring execution and realization of business value throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

We believe that you have:

• A few years of experience working as a Product Owner.
• A technical educational background, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• A strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• The ability to move seamlessly between business, technology, and user needs.
• Experience preparing business cases, recommendations, and presenting insights to leadership teams and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and experience building alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  

The role involves regular interaction with international stakeholders, and travel is expected approximately 10-20% of the time.
