Product Marketing Manager

Supertext is looking for a driven, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help us shape the future of our offering. Next year is all about customer growth, and we are looking for a true builder to join us.
While our overarching go-to-market (GTM) strategy is still evolving, you will own the critical engine driving it: product GTM. You won’t just be executing a playbook; you will be writing it. You will own product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and work closely with our sales and product teams to attract new B2B customers. If you have a "can-do" attitude, love turning complex features into clear benefits, and have a flair for copywriting, we want you on our team.

• Product & Feature Launches (Feature GTM): Plan and execute product and feature launches, measuring their impact on customer growth and adjusting tactics as needed. You will own the GTM motion for all new releases.
• Customer Discovery & Insights: Conduct regular customer interviews to sharpen feature positioning, unpack core buyer pain points, and funnel actionable feedback directly back to Product Management to help shape the product roadmap.
• Feature-Driven Pipeline Generation: Expand our demand generation engine. Design and execute campaigns around new releases that drive awareness and create a predictable inbound pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Positioning & Content Creation: Develop clear, compelling value propositions tailored to our ICPs. Write high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
• Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with the tools, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards they need to close deals faster.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure Supertext maintains a differentiated position.

• Been There, Launched That: 2–4 years of B2B SaaS/digital product marketing experience, specifically with a track record of scaling inbound acquisition through successful product feature launches. You know how to lay the foundation.
• Voice of Customer Experience: Proven experience speaking directly with customers, uncovering qualitative insights, and translating user feedback into product recommendations and positioning.
• Metrics-Driven Pipeline Builder: You don't just create pretty collateral. You know how to track MQLs, measure campaign conversion rates, and partner closely with Sales to optimise lead handoff and quality.
• Proven Copywriting Portfolio: You can point to specific landing pages, email cadences, and sales assets you’ve written that directly contributed to lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Zero-to-One Mentality: You are highly proactive and comfortable operating without a predefined playbook. You can take raw product capabilities and independently turn them into structured, executable GTM campaigns.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and German. Your copywriting skills must be sharp and persuasive in at least one of these languages, ideally both. (Additional languages are a strong plus)

• A key role in an innovative scale-up with ambitious growth plans
• The opportunity to gain exceptional experience in the rapidly growing AI market
• A motivated, agile team
• Fair compensation and attractive benefits, e.g. flexible working hours and 6 weeks of vacation
