Product Marketing Manager, Pixel for Business (Japanese, English)

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you are a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of Pixel as a part of a small, autonomous, and entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You will be a self-initiator who thrives in ambiguity, leading the way in establishing Google’s AI leadership within the B2B space and positioning the integration of AI-powered features—including Gemini—across the Pixel for Business portfolio as a core value proposition. You will be driving regional PMM strategy and will be responsible for defining the core value proposition, creating messaging, building key marketing and sales enablement assets for Pixel for Business. You will help to drive decisions and form guiding principles for each product/feature launch and influence the growth and development of Pixel B2B features in the market. In addition, you will serve as a bridge between regional teams, global partners to align product narratives and influence the global product roadmap based on regional market needs and support GTM tactics such as maintaining regional website refreshes.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
