Company Mission
Payhawk is one AI-powered spend management platform for scaling businesses — corporate cards, expense management, procurement, and accounts payable, unified in one place. We serve finance teams across 32+ countries, cutting month-end close time and reconciling 99.7% of transactions with zero manual touch. AI runs through the platform as core infrastructure, not a bolted-on feature — and we hire the top 1% of talent in every function to keep building it that way.
Why Payhawk
Payhawk, where the bold builders make an impact.
We're not a family, we're a high-performance team — and that's deliberate. We debate, ideate, and push each other to be better, because the best ideas come from direct feedback. We've already made history as Bulgaria's first unicorn, but the ambition doesn't stop there: if you want to grow fast - own it; do not wait for it.
Give: Honest opinions, real ownership, a focus on outcomes.
Get: A front-row seat to a market leader in one of the fastest-moving industries.
The role, in one line
You will lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Payhawk's global GTM Pods, a small cross-functional squad focused on growing a specific product area. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with product leadership. This role sits within the travel GTM pod.
What you will own
- Build deep expertise in our buying audience (customers and personas) and become the central source of that understanding.
- Become a market expert for your product, including competitor strengths and weaknesses, target audience pain points and the tech ecosystem.
- Give Sales and Marketing teams a clear view of why Payhawk is valuable to our buying audience.
- Oversee how product positioning, value propositions and messaging are created, and make sure they are rolled out consistently and improved over time.
- Work with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce campaigns and content for the entire customer lifecycle.
- Partner with Product to define product strategy and roadmap, based on market and sales insights.
- Partner with Product on Design Sprints to research and plan the go-to-market proposition for new features.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams.
- Oversee goals, strategy and execution for new product and feature launches.
- Act as the link between Product and Commercial teams, so both share the same understanding and stay strategically aligned.
- Track and measure win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption and expansion, and keep iterating based on the results.
