Product Marketing Manager

About GetBlock

GetBlock builds critical infrastructure for the new digital economy. Singapore-based Web3 and AI infrastructure powering blockchains, protocols, and applications at a global scale — 1,000+ bare metal servers, global network coverage, and workloads that demand absolute stability, security, and performance.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate deep product & technical expertise into clear, compelling market offers that hit real customer pain points — so prospects instantly recognize themselves, understand the value, and are ready to buy.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing, owning how our services, features, and new verticals are packaged and communicated to the market.

Our Mission

GetBlock has been building since Q4 2019. We started with two BSC full nodes. Today we're a top 5 Web3 infrastructure platform — and we're not coasting. Our mission is to keep pushing: deeper network coverage, faster performance, and new products that move the blockchain world forward. We take pride in the infrastructure we've built and hold it to an uncompromising standard.

What You Will Do

• Turn product into offers: Partner closely with Product/Engineering, absorb product updates and technical context, and convert them into crisp positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Build core PMM assets: Create and continuously improve go-to-market materials such as landing pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and internal enablement docs.
• Enable Marketing & BD/Sales: Onboard and train teams on new services/offers, messaging, and how to use the assets in real conversations and campaigns.
• Stay on top of Web3 trends: Run lightweight but continuous market/trend research (Web3 infrastructure, developer tooling, ecosystem shifts), and share insights with both product/tech and go-to-market teams.
• Support GTM execution: After packaging an offer, help drive it into action — acting as a cross-functional “glue” and informal leader to ensure campaigns and BD motions communicate the offer correctly (you won’t own every process, but you’ll shape direction

Who We're Looking For

• Strong ability to go deep technically (Web3 products especially) and then explain it in simple, customer-focused language.
• Experience creating high-quality marketing deliverables (decks, one-pagers, landing pages, narratives).
• A researcher mindset: curiosity, trend awareness, ability to synthesize market signals into actionable insights.
• Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Must-have skills
• Web3 familiarity (infrastructure, developer tools, or technical B2B Web3 products).
• AI tools proficiency: ability to speed up the packaging cycle using AI (drafting, structuring, rapid iteration).
• Bonus: ability to independently close the “packaging loop” when needed (e.g., quickly assembling a simple landing page and GTM materials using tools like Lovable or similar), even though you’ll have support from designers and marketers.

We value people with real skills, sharp judgment, and a high bar for their own work:

• Do now, fix later. You don't let the race for perfection slow you down. You know the right balance between fast delivery and quality.
• AI mindset. You use AI to make your work faster and better, and you're first in line to try something new.
• You don't work, you own. You spot problems, propose solutions, and lead the way.
• Execution speed. You move fast and decisively without breaking what matters.

How We Work

• Remote by Design. A fully distributed, international team working across time zones and continents. English is our shared language.
• Trust over Control. No trackers, no micromanagement. We hire self-driven professionals who take ownership and make decisions with confidence.
• Flexibility that Fits. Choose your holiday days, coordinate your schedule with your manager, and work approximately 40 hours a week in a way that suits you and your team.
• Inclusive Corporate Culture. Monthly town halls, Random Coffee meetings, and other events keep us connected despite the distance.

What We Offer

• Time to recharge. 20 days of annual leave and 12 personal days instead of a fixed public holiday calendar — take them for local celebrations, a loved one's birthday, or simply when you need a break. Plus paid sick leave when you need it.
• Work where you thrive. Coworking space and AI tools compensation to support your productivity.
• We invest in your growth. A personalized development roadmap and performance incentive bonuses tied to your impact.
• Well-being support. Programs to help you maintain health and balance.
