Overview

The Product Marketing Manager (AGS) acts as the primary business-side owner and point of contact for AGS digital needs and initiatives.

The role is responsible for continuously developing and improving the AGS digital presence and customer journeys, including website content and updates, campaign and event-related digital requirements, user journeys, and coordination of design and digital improvements.

The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the Product, UX/UI, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, while coordinating AGS requirements across dependent platforms and products such as WordPress, EMS, Ticket Sales, and other relevant SiGMA systems.

The objective of the role is to provide AGS with dedicated day-to-day ownership, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, coordinated, prioritised, and followed through without requiring continuous operational involvement and follow-up from AGS senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and business owner for AGS digital initiatives and requirements.
• Maintain continuous oversight of the AGS website, digital presence, customer journeys, content, and related digital touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to improve how AGS products, events, services, and commercial offerings are presented and experienced digitally.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, content changes, campaign requirements, user journey improvements, and other AGS digital initiatives.
• Gather and structure requirements from AGS stakeholders before bringing them to Product, UX/UI, or Development teams.
• Ensure business objectives, expected outcomes, priorities, deadlines, and required content are clearly defined before work enters the delivery process.
• Work closely with Product Managers where AGS requirements affect shared SiGMA products and platforms.
• Coordinate dependencies with WordPress, EMS, Ticket Sales, and other relevant systems and product areas.
• Work with UX/UI and Creative teams to ensure digital experiences and assets are aligned with AGS brand, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Event teams to ensure digital requirements are aligned with upcoming campaigns, events, and commercial priorities.
• Maintain visibility of ongoing AGS digital initiatives, their status, dependencies, risks, and required business actions.
• Follow up on agreed initiatives and ensure required AGS inputs, content, approvals, and decisions are provided on time.
• Review delivered solutions from the AGS business perspective and coordinate feedback before release where applicable.
• Support testing and validation of customer-facing journeys and digital experiences.
• Use available customer feedback, performance data, and business input to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Reduce reliance on senior AGS stakeholders for day-to-day coordination by maintaining clear ownership and proactively managing AGS digital requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, Web Management, or a comparable role combining business, marketing, and digital responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, websites, content, conversion, and customer-facing digital experiences.
• Ability to translate business and marketing needs into clear, structured requirements for Product, UX/UI, and Development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, digital campaigns, landing pages, and content management.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to identify friction or improvement opportunities within customer journeys.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand how digital experiences support marketing, sales, event attendance, and revenue objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around content, customer journeys, and digital execution.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively follow initiatives through from business request to implementation.
• Ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, Development, UX/UI, Operations, and Events.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is an advantage.
