Yext is the leading global enterprise agentic marketing platform. For over 15 years, the world's most recognized brands in financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and food have relied on us to keep their brand visible, accurate, and ahead of the competition across every search and AI surface that matters.

We drive customer value through our technology, competitive intelligence, and agentic capabilities to win in an AI-first world. Our partners count on us for strategic, proactive guidance and capabilities, and that distinction shapes everything we build.

Our team takes ownership, challenges each other's thinking, and turns ideas into results without waiting for a playbook. Those who perform at Yext are rewarded with increased scope, opportunities to tackle complex challenges, broader responsibilities, and meaningful development that enables them to grow alongside a company expanding through both product innovation and strategic acquisitions. The market is racing to adapt to AI, and Yext is at the forefront of that shift. Our ambitions are big, our innovation is accelerating, and the opportunity in front of us is enormous. If you want to do the most important work of your career, come join us!

The Paradigm Shift

The classical era of software development, where PMs spend months in meetings and write 30-page PRDs, is over. At Yext, the structural bottleneck isn't writing code; it’s having the product taste, domain nuance, and execution speed to find the right solution before the market shifts. We don't need agile process coordinators; we need high-agency Product Builders.

What You Will Do

You will join one of our core anchors, Competitive Intelligence, Data Syndication, or Consumer Experience, and are responsible for bringing to life a vision of autonomous marketing built for the world of AI Search.

• Rapid Prototyping: You will use modern tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to build functional proofs-of-concept and data pipelines, validating ideas with real users.
• Domain Refinement: You will cultivate deep product taste by analyzing industry trends, experimenting with AI interfaces, and engaging in feedback loops with power users.
• Outcome-Driven Delivery: You will balance speed with operational discipline, using analytics to measure performance and prioritizing the 20% of effort that drives 80% of business outcomes.
• Collaborative Scaling: You will partner with engineering to harden high-conviction prototypes into scalable, secure, and instrumented global features.

Who You Are

You are a builder. You might be a technical marketer, an engineer who shifted focus toward user psychology, or a PM eager to work in a high-velocity, high-ambition environment.

• Customer Empathy: You are genuinely interested in the world of marketing and seek to connect with our customers to understand their goals and objectives and how we can help them succeed.
• Foresight: You anticipate trends and maintain persistent curiosity about the future of technology.
• Technical Literacy: You are comfortable with the basics of LLMs, RAG, and structured data, understanding the shift toward conversational interfaces.
• Operational Rigor: You love the speed of a prototype but possess the discipline to benchmark success and maintain a high standard for production-grade software.

What We Care About

• A track record of shipping things people use.
• Intense customer empathy and the ability to translate enterprise needs into clear product solutions.
• Accountability and high agency.
