We are seeking a self-sufficient product leader who combines deep trading domain expertise with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-evolving industry.
You Have

- Advanced knowledge of trading platforms and infrastructure, including MT4/MT5 ecosystems, trading instrument configuration, platform integrations, and trading-related APIs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with product metrics, BI tools, SQL-based analysis, metric frameworks, and data-driven prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive product discovery, roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes across cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
Good to Have
- Experience working with synthetic indices, proprietary trading products, or trading environments.
- Experience launching products or trading initiatives across Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asian markets.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for product discovery, specification development, competitive research, and analytical workflows.

- Remote-First Flexibility, allowing you to work within a truly global environment while maintaining ownership of your schedule and outcomes.
- Ownership & Impact, with direct influence on one of Weltrade’s most important revenue-generating product domains.
