Product Manager

The Role

As a Product Manager at Trilitech, you'll work across a range of products and opportunities within the Tezos ecosystem — from exploring new ideas and validating customer needs to shaping product strategy and bringing products to market. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, customers and partners to turn problems into well-defined product opportunities, move quickly from idea to execution, and make informed decisions about where to invest.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy. You'll be expected to get close to customers, understand the market, use data and evidence to guide decisions, and take ownership of products from early-stage discovery through to launch and iteration.

Our Team

At Trilitech, we drive innovation in Web3 by empowering developers and creators to build pioneering solutions on the Tezos blockchain. Our expertise spans core blockchain development, decentralised applications, infrastructure tooling, developer experience, and incubation programs, with a strong focus on cultural projects, capital markets, and gaming. We're dedicated to redefining possibilities and setting new standards within the rapidly evolving blockchain space.

The Technology

Tezos is an open-source blockchain known for its flexibility, security, and unique self-evolving capabilities. With innovations like Etherlink — an EVM-compatible Layer 2 — Tezos is scaling rapidly and attracting a growing developer community. Its ecosystem supports diverse projects, from , a decentralised marketplace for tokenised uranium, gold and other rare metals , to leading digital art platforms like .

We encourage you to explore the Tezos website and follow us on Twitter & Discord to learn more about the project.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are proactive and resourceful — those who enjoy turning ideas into reality. You'll have plenty of autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. Bring your curiosity, energy, and determination, and you'll play a key role in our growth journey.

If you're comfortable taking initiative, enjoy exploring new possibilities, and are passionate about crypto and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage multiple products and opportunities simultaneously, setting clear product strategies, priorities and roadmaps based on customer value, business impact and evidence

• Rapidly incubate and validate new ideas, moving from hypothesis and demand validation through to MVP/POC and scaled development where there is evidence to invest further

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to build, test and iterate quickly, while making clear decisions on when to scale, pivot or stop

• Put customers at the heart of product decisions, combining direct customer engagement, behavioural data, market insight and demand signals to identify problems, validate opportunities and shape product direction

• Develop clear and detailed product briefs, translating customer problems and opportunities into requirements, assumptions, success measures and trade-offs that enable teams to execute effectively

• Leverage AI tools and agents extensively to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, validation and iteration, continually looking for ways to increase the speed and quality of product development

• Drive alignment internally and externally, clearly communicating product direction, decisions, progress and risks to stakeholders while working with customers and partners to shape opportunities and influence broader product strategy

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company (blockchain experience preferred)

• Experience formulating and driving a product-focused vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers and partners

• Comfortable working with AI coding/agent tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) to prototype, test, or ship product ideas directly

• Some technical/engineering fluency — enough to read/understand code, reason about feasibility and trade-offs, and collaborate closely with engineering

• General passion for the crypto space and avid follower of market trends and developments

• Strong understanding of design best practices

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Ability to thrive in a fast–paced and dynamic environment
