Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our enterprise Treasury product suite. The role sits at the intersection of Treasury, Finance, enterprise platforms and applied AI. You will be the key link between Treasury business needs and the product capabilities that support them, translating complex financial requirements into a clear product vision and roadmap. You will develop a deep understanding of how Treasury specialists work, where their time goes and what breaks, and use that insight to improve adoption, effectiveness and scalability across the Treasury ecosystem.
AI is an important part of the future-state Treasury landscape. You will help identify where AI and automation can improve, simplify or strengthen Treasury processes, while ensuring that solutions are practical, appropriately controlled and aligned with the needs of a regulated finance environment.
You will help shape the future-state Enterprise Applications ecosystem around FIS Quantum and related platforms, rather than simply reinforcing legacy systems and processes.

- Define and use outcome measures such as adoption, efficiency, cost reductions, quality and process improvement to guide product decisions
- Drive collaboration and alignment across Treasury stakeholders globally
- Create clear ways of working, communication rhythms and decision-making practices that enable effective cross-functional and cross-location collaboration
