We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Product Manager to drive our core automation engine for KYC and document verification. Your mission is clear: replace manual operational work with intelligent automation.

You will focus on optimizing how we read, analyze, obscure, and fraud-check documents using OCR, computer vision, LLMs, and custom ML models. One of your main focuses will be online assisted online verification. This is a heavy back-end, high-efficiency role — there’s virtually no consumer UI/UX or A/B testing here. You will sit at the intersection of complex technical systems, internal stakeholder needs (primarily Customer Success Managers), and rapid AI-driven automation.

If you are a former Software Developer, QA Engineer, or Technical Specialist who transitioned into Product Management, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know how to practically leverage modern AI/LLM tools to solve real-world problems — this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for converting manual document processing tasks into high-accuracy automated pipelines (text extraction, data masking, fraud/forgery detection).

• Identify practical, high-value applications for computer vision, OCR, and LLMs/AI agents to structure unstructured document data across various formats and regions.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders (CSMs and Sales team). Rapidly analyze incoming requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and translate them into actionable specifications for ML and backend engineers.

• Support audits and certification following regulation and clients' standards.

• Own prioritization, sprint execution, and direct delivery to production.

• Define, track, and optimize core performance metrics (automation rate, precision, recall, processing latency) using SQL and internal data tools.

• Personally test and validate product behavior, data extraction accuracy, and edge-case workflows.

About You:

• Strong background, preferably as a former Software Developer, QA Engineer, or L3 Technical Specialist who has transitioned into Product Management (3+ years in PM/TPM roles).

• Deep understanding of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data processing pipelines.

• You don't need to train ML models yourself, but you must understand how computer vision, OCR, and LLM/prompt engineering work in practice — knowing what is technically possible, what is hype, and how to evaluate accuracy.

• Demonstrated experience replacing manual human tasks with automated software solutions (in FinTech, RegTech, Logistics, or any data-heavy domain).

• Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze system accuracy, uncover edge cases, and measure performance metrics.

• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment (no big-corp bureaucracy) with high autonomy and rapid feedback loops.

• Ability to break down complex technical trade-offs into structured, client-friendly logic for internal CSMs and commercial teams.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience with document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection systems.

• Practical experience applying LLMs/agents to solve unstructured data extraction challenges.

• Software Development background will be a huge advantage.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

• No endless meetings about button colors or UI layouts — you will be solving complex, high-throughput backend engineering challenges.

• Measurable success metrics — every feature you ship directly increases automation percentages and cuts operational costs.

• Direct access to ML and backend engineers with minimal hierarchy and zero red tape.

What We Offer:

• Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers. In some locations, we provide offices or coworking spaces, but the choice is yours.

• True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.

• Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year. Time to rest is part of the deal.

• Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.

• Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market.

• Truly global. We work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world. You will run campaigns that cross borders, cultures, and languages, and see your ideas land worldwide.

• Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback and personal development plans. We support your progress with learning opportunities and by covering role-specific events, from design conferences to marketing forums.

• Celebrating your big moments. We are proud to support you through life’s biggest journeys with dedicated financial bonuses for both marriage and welcoming a new baby to your family.

• Team offsites. Sometimes just Slack is not enough. That is why we meet in person a few times a year. Trips are fully covered, so you can meet, collaborate, and recharge together.

• Getting you set up. We make sure you have access to the tools and hardware you need to do your work well.

• Friendly by design. Our logo is a dog for a reason. We keep things human, open and kind. We welcome individuality, quirks and different perspectives, because that is what makes our work smarter and more fun.
