Product Manager (Sportsbook)

We are an international iGaming ecosystem with 2,000+ professionals worldwide, operating a portfolio of licensed B2C brands across LATAM, Africa, Europe, and the Crypto market.

We manage the full product lifecycle in-house — from platform development and payment infrastructure to acquisition, retention, BI, and operations. Our projects operate as autonomous business units with their own teams, KPIs, and a high level of ownership.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager (Sportsbook) to drive sportsbook growth across two active B2C projects:

• Mexico — a licensed LATAM-facing betting & casino brand
• Crypto — a fast-growing international crypto-gambling product

Both sportsbook products are already live with active betting audiences. The focus of the role is product growth, retention, player experience, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and develop sportsbook product roadmaps across both business units
• Launch initiatives impacting GGR, NGR, retention, LTV, and player engagement
• Analyze sportsbook performance and turn data into product decisions
• Improve the player journey from registration and first deposit to long-term engagement
• Develop retention initiatives, bonus mechanics, promotions, and reactivation campaigns
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, BI, Payments, and Operations
• Collaborate with sportsbook providers and internal tech teams
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and local player behavior

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming
• 2+ years specifically in Sportsbook / Betting Product Management on the B2C operator side
• Strong hands-on understanding of pre-match and live betting, odds, player journey, and betting operations
• Strong knowledge of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Hold %, Margin %, Turnover, ARPU, LTV, Retention, CPA, FTD, Active Bettors
• Experience owning product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Experience with LATAM, Crypto iGaming, player segmentation, sportsbook promotions, or multiple brands will be a strong advantage.

If you have strong B2C sportsbook expertise and are interested in owning product growth across two different markets and business models, feel free to reach out to me directly.
