Owns the product roadmap for tools that run Art of Problem Solving's 25+ in-person campuses — class setup, instructor staffing, customer service, and communications. Day to day: mapping operational workflows, running data-driven experiments, and building internal tools, CRM, and family-facing experiences with Design and Engineering. Hybrid role based in San Diego.
Art of Problem Solving is seeking a Product Manager for the Customer Experience group to build the products and systems that help our campuses operate and grow. You will own a cross-functional pod focused on two important opportunities: helping our 25+ campuses operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for families.
This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and growth. You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Educational Services, Academics, and other teams to understand how work happens today, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and translate those insights into scalable product solutions. You will use data, customer and operator insights, and structured experimentation to prioritize investments and measure their impact.

Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is on a mission to discover, inspire, and train the great problem solvers of the next generation. Since 2003, we have trained hundreds of thousands of the country’s top students, including nearly all the members of the US International Math Olympiad team, through our online school, in-person academies, textbooks, and online learning systems. While our primary focus has been math for most of our history, through the years we have expanded our unique problem solving curriculum into more subjects, such as language arts, science, and computer science.
