Product Manager at Eventchain, a SaaS ticketing and hospitality platform for Australian sport and entertainment. Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year
About the role
You'll manage our AI-powered customer support, making sure customers get fast, accurate help and that what we learn from them feeds back into the product. You'll also own the customer-facing side of the platform, from how clients use it to how we communicate changes and improvements. This role offers a path to grow into the General Manager role over the next 12 to 24 months, with the first stretch focused on getting deep into our stack, our customers and the events industry.
