About Occupier

Occupier is the modern lease management platform that real estate and finance teams at high-growth brands rely on every day. We help corporate tenants centralize their lease data, automate compliance, stay ahead of every deadline, and maintain visibility across their entire portfolio. We are a hands-on team that takes pride in what we build. AI is core to everything we do, from the product our customers rely on to how we work internally. We hold ourselves to a high bar and are always working to raise it.

The opportunity in front of us is real. The way tenants manage their leases has not changed much in the last few years, and we are leading the shift. Trusted by brands like [solidcore], Vuori, Van Leeuwen, and Seismic, across over 100,000 leases, the market opportunity is significant and the timing has never been better.

About The Job

This is an individual contributor (IC) role owning our flagship lease administration and deal management products, the core of what our customers use every day.

• You will own the roadmap and execution for lease administration and deal management, from discovery through delivery and measuring the desired outcomes are achieved.
• You will define requirements, write specs, and partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features on a regular cadence.
• You will identify where AI can fundamentally change how our customers work, by deeplying understanding and rethink the approach to the core workflow.
• You will talk to customers constantly: synthesizing feedback, identifying patterns, and translating real pain points into product decisions.
• You will drive alignment across engineering, customer success, and go-to-market on what we're building and why.
• You will contribute to setting a high bar for how PM work gets done at Occupier — process, documentation, prioritization frameworks.

About You

• You are a strong written and verbal communicator who is able to convey your thoughts succinctly with strong conviction grounded on clear rationale.
• You have found leverage with integrating AI in your own work across research, writing, synthesis, prioritization, and continues to experiment in this area.
• You are comfortable going deep into a complex domain and becoming an internal expert.
• You enjoy moving fast and making decisions with incomplete information while having the judgement to know when to slow down.
• You are opinionated but collaborative - you have a point of view and can defend it, but you update when you're wrong.
• You are self-directed, enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and thrive in a scrappy, high-pace environment.
• You care about craft (yours and the team's) and have a keen eye for what great looks like.
• You are outcomes-focused, always tying product efforts to customer and business needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a core B2B SaaS product.
• Experience with workflow-heavy, data-intensive products (lease management, ERP, accounting, legal tech, or similar domains a strong plus).
• You have shipped AI-powered features or have a clear, grounded point of view on where AI creates real leverage in B2B workflows — and where it doesn't.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a product area end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.
• Comfortable working in a small team where you are the only PM on a product area.
• Experience working directly with customers, synthesizing insights and identify a direction to align everyone around.
