This is not a normal job. Please read this part before you read anything else.
If you are highly driven, extremely ambitious, and you want to do the work of your life at a company that will change how people get access to new therapies and shared medical knowledge, mama health is the place for you.
If not, this role is not for you. This is why:
- You will be in the office 5 days a week. Berlin HQ. Not hybrid. Not "flexible". We build together, in the same room, every day.
- You will work a lot. More than at most jobs. We do not count hours, we count what we ship and what it changes for patients.
- You will give some of the best years of your life to this. In return, you get ownership, speed, and a problem worth your time.
- You will get obsessed with metrics. Not dashboards for a weekly meeting. Real obsession: why did this number move, what does it mean for a patient, what do we change tomorrow.
Why do we ask this much? Because today, patients spend years to reach the right therapy. We want to help every patient reach their best possible care faster: understand their own situation, get clear information about it, and get access to the best tools, therapies, and treatments in the world. This is generational work not work for everyone. It will change your life and the lives of millions of other people.
This role is built to grow into Head of Product. How fast depends on you.

As a Product Manager at mama health, you will shape and execute product of one of the most exciting AI companies in healthcare. You will work closely with the founders, engineers, designers, and medical experts to build products that help patients understand their diseases, and that help healthcare organizations learn directly from patient experiences at scale.
This is an execution role. You will be expected to take ownership, turn ambitious goals into shipped products, and keep a high pace.
You will be responsible for driving product development from idea to launch while ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining a high pace of execution.
You will:
- Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Write your own SQL queries, build your own analyses, and find the "why" behind every metric
- Define success metrics for everything you ship, and own the result
- Translate company goals into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Work closely with engineering, design, AI, and medical teams to ship high-quality products on time
- Drive day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and keep projects on track
- Talk to patients and customers, and turn what you learn into product improvements
- Write product requirements and user stories
- Help build product processes that scale as we grow
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a product role (Product Manager, Associate PM, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or a founder who shipped a real product)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and analytics tools (for example Metabase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar). You do not wait for a data team to answer your questions.
- Proof that you ship: products, features, side projects, anything real
- Highly driven, proactive, and execution-oriented. You do more than people ask.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- You learn fast and you like to be out of your comfort zone
- Clear communication with engineers, designers, and business people
- Fluent English is required. German is a nice to have.
- Experience in AI, healthcare, digital health, or SaaS is a nice to have.
- Based in Berlin or ready to relocate fast.
- A real path to Head of Product. We hire for where you can be in 2 years, not only for where you are today.
- Ownership from day one. You will not wait for permission to do important work.
- A mission that matters. Every metric you move is a patient who gets better information, faster.
- A team that plays hard too. Regular team events, sports benefits, shared learning, and our annual team retreat.
