Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an Insurance Product Manager to own and lead the firms product and business proposition strategy.
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing relationships with insurance company counterparts, structuring multi-insurer solutions, and translating product offerings into compelling, client-ready business propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with insurance company partners, managing commercial and product relationships
- Coordinate and consolidate promotions, campaigns, and product initiatives across multiple insurers
- Design and structure integrated insurance solutions for client presentations
- Lead the development of product and business propositions for client pitching
- Work closely with distribution and advisory teams to support revenue growth
- Drive proposition positioning and differentiation across insurance providers
- Prepare senior-level pitch materials and commercial proposals
Requirement:
- 2-5 years experience in: Insurance company, insurance brokerage, bancassurance, or Big 4 consulting with financial services / insurance exposure.
- Proven track record in Business proposition development, client pitching and presentation, Product structuring or commercial strategy
- Strong stakeholder management skills with insurers and internal sales teams
- Commercial mindset with structured thinking
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English (as the role requires to communicate in this language).
