The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical aptitude, customer awareness, and commercial thinking. They may not have managed a Coriolis or flow measurement portfolio before, but they have worked closely enough with industrial products, customers, sales teams, or technical applications to understand how complex B2B solutions are positioned, sold, supported, and improved.

They are comfortable learning quickly, asking smart questions, building relationships, and taking ownership.
