Who We Are

Icon Health is a leading provider of value-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care, collaborating with payers and providers to enhance outcomes and experience for individuals. The company partners with health plans and risk-bearing providers to assume accountability for reduced total cost of care. By combining technology-enabled MSK providers with proactive care coordination and decision support services, Icon Health delivers multidisciplinary, evidence-based care.

We founded Icon Health on the conviction that every patient should be genuinely delighted with their care experience. By prioritizing patient-centered practices, ensuring clear care goals across the entire clinical team, and placing clinicians at the heart of care delivery, we aim to transform a fragmented system into one that truly serves patients. Our model uses a team-based approach to care, integrating musculoskeletal expertise and primary care to achieve better patient outcomes.

At Icon Health, we foster a culture that embraces bold thinking, rapid iteration, and practical problem-solving. We seek team members who relish challenging the status quo and thrive in vertically integrated roles—where ideas can swiftly move from concept to execution without layers of red tape. Above all, we value individuals who are eager to roll up their sleeves, tackle obstacles head-on, and create innovative solutions that improve the lives of our patients and our clinical partners.

About the Role:
The Product Manager works closely with the heads of technology, data, and product to develop and execute on the roadmaps for our data and platform/engineering teams. What You'll Do:
Roadmap ownership

• Own and maintain the roadmaps for the data and platform/engineering teams, keeping them tied to company priorities and partner commitments
• Gather and prioritize requests from clinical, operations, partnerships, and leadership, identify cross-departmental dependencies, and lay out considerations for prioritization
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria detailed enough for engineers and analysts to build against
• Manage the backlog and run sprint planning with engineering and data leads, tracking delivery and adjusting as priorities change
• Define metrics for new features and work with the data team to measure impact after launch

Product strategy

• Partner with the SVP of Product to evaluate and shape new product areas, including discovery, user research, competitive analysis, and business cases
• Translate strategy into phased plans, MVPs, and success measures
• Work with clinical and operations users to understand workflows and find where technology can make care faster, more consistent, or more scalable

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-heavy or platform products
• A track record of owning roadmaps and shipping with engineering and data teams
• Strong requirements-writing skills, from high-level strategy down to detailed specs
• Comfort with data (SQL or BI tools a plus) and with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data pipelines Reviewed and Revised for Accuracy 20261002
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare product experience, especially EHR integrations, care management platforms, or claims and clinical data
• Familiarity with value-based care or Medicare Advantage
