Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that provide clarity to delivery teams.
Work closely with UX, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction and business context to development teams.
Support product releases, adoption activities, and successful go-to-market execution.
Value Realisation & Performance
Define and monitor product success metrics, using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Own product outcomes, including customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business performance.
Incorporate commercial considerations, including revenue opportunities, pricing, and profitability, into product decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and overall product effectiveness.
Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration
Align customers, stakeholders, and senior leaders around product priorities, roadmap decisions, and strategic objectives.
