Product Manager on Google's Corporate Engineering Enterprise Data and Governance team, owning the roadmap for Google's internal enterprise data platform — evolving it from a passive data inventory into an active, AI-ready semantic engine with certified, governed data products. Day-to-day is cross-functional work spanning data governance, infrastructure, and generative AI/LLM integration.
At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Corporate Engineering is responsible for designing, building, securing, and operating the systems that keep the company running smoothly, ensuring Google remains the world's leading provider of enterprise technology solutions. Within Corporate Engineering, the Enterprise Data and Governance team is evolving the Enterprise Data Platform to create a data ecosystem that is operationally ready for the next generation of artificial intelligence; expanding our scope to support traditional data scenarios while simultaneously upgrading our infrastructure for an agentic future.
As the Product Manager, you will build organizational and product strategy, focusing on how we transition our infrastructure from passive inventory to an active semantic engine. You will drive the development of high-integrity, certified data products that enable autonomous workflows and resolve complex, cross-domain challenges across the enterprise.
