Product Manager [CCP for ICT Professionals]

Moodie.ai is looking for a highly driven, collaborative, and analytically strong Product Manager to lead cross-functional delivery, enable Agile ways of working, and ensure the successful execution of product and client-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who combines structured project leadership with strong stakeholder management, product delivery awareness, and a client-oriented mindset.

The Product Manager will play a central role in coordinating teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, aligning stakeholders, and driving the successful planning and implementation of initiatives across product, operations, and customer engagement functions. The role also requires close collaboration with product owners, technical teams, client-facing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that Moodie.ai’s solutions are delivered efficiently, continuously improved, and aligned with business and customer needs.

This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategic intent with execution discipline, while fostering team effectiveness, accountability, adaptability, and a strong delivery culture.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Delivery and Scrum Facilitation

Lead Agile delivery processes across cross-functional teams by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies. Promote Agile mindset, discipline, and best practices within the team and support the development of high-performing Agile teams. Ensure delivery plans are realistic, transparent, and aligned with product, business, and client priorities.

Project Planning and Execution

Manage the end-to-end execution of projects and workstreams, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, dependency management, progress tracking, risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance expectations and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Coordination

Work collaboratively with product owners, developers, designers, analysts, operations teams, client-facing teams, and leadership stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and maintain momentum across initiatives. Build strong relationships internally and externally to create a cooperative working environment that supports shared outcomes.

Business Needs and Solution Alignment

Translate business goals, operational needs, client requirements, and product priorities into actionable delivery plans. Support business needs analysis, requirements clarification, process mapping, and solution alignment to ensure that initiatives are commercially relevant, operationally workable, and customer-centred.

Client-Centric Delivery Support

Support the successful onboarding and delivery of Moodie.ai solutions by coordinating implementation activities, defining milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring clients derive value from delivered products and services. Work closely with relevant teams to identify delivery issues, improve client experience, and support long-term retention and value realisation.

Continuous Improvement and Product Feedback Integration

Create structured feedback loops across internal teams and clients to capture insights on product usage, adoption challenges, and improvement opportunities. Partner with product owners and relevant stakeholders to feed market and customer insights into product ideation, prioritisation, refinement, and lifecycle improvement.

Change Enablement and Process Optimisation

Drive structured implementation of new processes, workflows, or product changes in ways that support adoption and minimise disruption. Identify opportunities to improve internal operating rhythms, collaboration models, delivery processes, and reporting practices to enhance team effectiveness and business agility.

Risk, Dependency, and Performance Management

Monitor delivery risks, process gaps, resource constraints, and project dependencies, and proactively coordinate mitigation actions. Establish clear performance indicators for project execution and use data, reporting, and delivery insights to track progress and support decision-making.

Communication and Reporting

Synthesise information from multiple workstreams and stakeholders into clear, concise, and compelling updates for different audiences. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
