Product Manager - Business & Operations

Lev Haolam is an international, fast-growing mission-driven enterprise based in Israel, focused on the U.S. market and committed to supporting local family-owned businesses in Israel.
At Lev Haolam, we value ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By joining us, you become part of a team committed to meaningful work and long-term growth, for our partners, our customers, and our people.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager with Strong Operations & Marketing Focus to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong operational focus and marketing background to take ownership of the development and day-to-day performance of our Shop product.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Product, Operations, Marketing and Business. You will work closely with our warehouse and purchasing team, coordinate with Marketing and IT, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn ideas into practical solutions.
One of the first major projects in the role will be the launch of a new Shop application together with our IT team.

What you will do:

• Own Product operations: oversee purchasing, inventory, warehouse and order fulfillment, and manage the dedicated team.

• Own Product profitability: understand and manage P&L, unit economics and margin, and use financial impact to guide priorities and business decisions.

• Drive cross-functional projects: coordinate initiatives across Operations, Marketing, IT and other teams, align priorities and keep initiatives moving from idea to execution.

• Develop the product: identify opportunities, turn business needs into initiatives, and drive them from idea to implementation.

• Develop the assortment: analyze demand, sales and economics to identify opportunities to expand and optimize the product range.

• Analyze and improve: use data to identify problems and opportunities, develop practical solutions, and improve processes and business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar cross-functional role.

• Proven experience driving cross-functional projects and initiatives from identifying a business need or opportunity through implementation, working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and data-driven approach: able to structure problems, work with data, identify root causes, and make informed business decisions.

• Strong business and financial acumen: comfortable working with P&L, unit economics and margin, and assessing the financial impact of business decisions.

• Strong ownership and follow-through: able to take responsibility for an initiative and consistently drive it through to a sustainable result.

• Experience turning business needs into practical solutions, defining priorities and coordinating implementation across relevant functions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, align different priorities, and influence without formal authority.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for analysis, problem-solving, automation, and everyday work.

• Fluent Hebrew and English are required.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with our office and warehouse located approximately 25 minutes south of Jerusalem, and occasional on-site presence required when needed.

Why join us:

This is a role where you can move between strategy and execution, work across Product, Operations, Marketing and IT, and see your ideas turn into real results.
You don’t need to be an IT or warehouse expert, you need to be someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing people together and seeing initiatives through to the end.
At Lev Haolam, your work has real meaning: you’ll help mission-driven products reach customers around the world while working in a team that values impact, ownership and growth.

If you enjoy combining business thinking, operations, product development and cross-functional project management, we’d love to hear from you.
