* Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
* Manage multiple high-priority and concurrent product initiatives in an Agile environment.
* Own customer-facing experiences and continuously improve UX, conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience operating in fast-paced product environments.
* Ability to independently manage multiple mainstream/high-impact projects simultaneously, while maintaining prioritisation and execution discipline.
