About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Inside the Agentforce Sales organization, the Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) team builds the engine that powers go-to-market execution for the world's largest organizations.
From intelligent territory design and real-time quota distribution to automated incentive optimization, our mission is to turn complex, manual sales planning into a continuous, agentic process.
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to own the platform capabilities that dictate how global enterprises structure their sales forces and drive sales performance at massive scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, deeply analytical Director of Product Management to lead our SPM and ETM product domains in India. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products like Sales Planning, Enterprise Territory Management and Incentive Compensation.
You will work with a high-performing team of PMs in India, partnering closely with global product, engineering, design, and data science teams to evolve our industry-leading ETM and SPM suites into an AI-first, autonomous planning ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Own the SPM & ETM Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy for enterprise territory management, sales planning, and incentive compensation workflows.
Architect the Future of Agent First Planning: Lead the integration of Agentforce into SPM to deliver new levels of productivity for the Sales Ops persona.
Scale High-Performance Engines: Collaborate with engineering to ensure our territory assignment and SPM engines can process massive datasets, complex hierarchical rules, and high-throughput transactions with zero downtime.
Lead & Mentor: Work with a talented team of India-based PMs, fostering a culture of technical excellence, deep operational empathy, and domain expertise.
Customer-Centric Discovery: Engage with Sales Operations leaders, CFOs, and CROs at Fortune 500 companies to deeply understand their planning pain points and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
Bridge Global Teams: Partner seamlessly with global SPM/ETM product leadership in North America to align regional execution with the overarching global platform vision.
Release Excellence: Drive product delivery on Salesforce’s standard three-times-a-year release cycle, ensuring seamless backward compatibility for highly customized enterprise architectures.
Rapid Prototyping: Utilize AI tools to prototype and iterate on product concepts, working closely with design and engineering teams to accelerate feature development.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
14+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4-5 years in a Director or senior people-manager role.
Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience building or subject matter expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM) field such as Sales Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, Territory Management / Design.
Enterprise-Scale Architecture: Proven experience shipping complex B2B SaaS products that handle large-scale data processing, complex relational databases, and hierarchical data structures.
Data & AI Literacy: Strong working knowledge of how predictive analytics, machine learning, and data pipelines can be leveraged to automate resource allocation and planning.
Global Collaboration: Proven experience working successfully across globally distributed teams and managing stakeholders across time zones (specifically US Pacific).
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex, technical platform architectures to business-focused executives (CROs, CFOs, Sales Ops leaders).
Why Join Agentforce SPM & ETM?
Critical Enterprise Impact: You will be building the core infrastructure that defines how global sales organizations allocate their headcount, assign their quota, design their sales territories and compensate their sellers.
Solving Hard Problems at Scale: This isn't just about UI wrappers. You will solve complex computational, algorithmic, and data-scale challenges using cutting-edge agentic AI.
Collaborative Culture: Work with top-tier product, design, and engineering talent, backed by heavy leadership investment in our India product hubs.
Salesforce Benefits: Enjoy competitive compensation, robust equity packages, comprehensive health benefits, dedicated volunteer time off (VTO), and world-class career development.
