• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations.

• Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation.

• Advocate for the user experience and influence decisions with clarity, insight, and data.

• Develop a deep understanding of retail, supply chain, and enterprise workflows (if not already experienced).

What we’re looking for

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.

• Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows.

• Expertise design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy.

• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, human-centered solutions.

• Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking.

• Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.

• Strong communication skills (in English)—able to influence cross-functional partners and present design decisions with clarity.

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)

• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice to have.

• Curiosity leadership, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience with retail, supply chain, logistics, or B2B enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with designing highly technical users or operational workflows.

• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Experience mentoring or leading other designers.

What you’ll gain

• Opportunity to shape and define the user experience of a mission-critical enterprise platform.

• Significant ownership over product areas and design strategy.

• Collaboration with a high-performing Product and Engineering organization.

• Influence on design culture and design system evolution.

• Executive visibility.

• Career growth pathways toward Principal Designer or Design Lead.
