• Preparing and submitting product orders to vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing and purchase orders.

• Entering sales orders into Acumatica, cutting POs, and keeping job files audit-ready.

• Processing Work Order Changes (WOCs) swiftly and distributing updates to production teams.

• Coordinating with vendors to track materials, confirm costs, and resolve delivery issues.

• Partnering with sales, production, and management to keep communication flowing.

• Meeting department productivity and quality goals while maintaining top-notch records.

• Handling return-to-vendor requests and other procurement duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience: Prior work in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement preferred.

• Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; ability to quickly learn software like Salesforce and Acumatica.

• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills.

• Mindset: Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and calm under pressure.
